The Math Resource Center is in D2L. Go to the search at the top of your D2L homepage (the nine dots in a square). Search: The Math Resource Center. Choose MRC_007.
The directions on the "How Do I Meet with a Tutor" page state: On the main page of the class portal - click on one of the times in the calendar to meet with an instructor.
